My name is Ashley Lee and I want to personally welcome you to the "Ladies Link" portion of our website, the part of our website that is designed especially for us ladies (sorry guys!).
Christian women today are busier than ever. Many are working full-time, trying to raise a family; others are full-time moms, chasing after kids all day (which is full-time work too!); others are single, trying to juggle work, dating (ugh!), exercise, and trying to keep their sanity; others are empty-nesters, wondering how life can be so busy even after the kids have left the house!
While it is true that we ladies are very busy, let me ask you a question. What about the Great Commission? Aren't we busy ladies supposed to follow in the footsteps of Jesus and reach out to this world with the Gospel? We are just as much a part of the Great Commission as the guys are, right? Remember Jesus' words:
"All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen" (Matthew 28:18-20).
How in the world are we going to make time in our busy schedules to do what Jesus commanded us to do, which is to reach out to people with the Gospel?
There are not enough hours in the day to get done what we already need to get done, let alone adding another activity the list.
Well, I've got good news for you. No matter how busy you are, you can make a HUGE impact for Jesus Christ in this world, and you don't even have to add anything to your "To Do" list! In fact, the busier you are, the greater the impact you can have for Christ.
